Based in Jupiter, Florida, Cynthia Prokos has more than 35 years of nursing experience. Since 2019, she has served as a family nurse practitioner with Envision Physician Services, diagnosing and providing treatment and health recommendations for adult patients. In addition to treating illnesses and injuries, Cynthia Prokos educates patients on preventive health care through lifestyle choices, diet, and exercise.

Before joining Envision Physician Services, Ms. Prokos spent five years as an assistant and registered nurse in the internal medicine private practice of Craig P. Prokos, MD. She also worked as a registered nurse at Jupiter Medical Center and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, both in Florida.

A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic College with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, Cynthia Prokos also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. She is a family nurse practitioner certified through both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys exercising, reading, and playing golf.
